Wes is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and finance. Before founding JWGP, Wes established a successful wholesale beverage service company, showcasing his ability to identify promising business opportunities and generate value within growing industries.
Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Wes honed his skills at the prestigious Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he dedicated over four years to advising clients in various sectors. His expertise spanned Technology, Media, & Telecom, Finance & Private Equity, and Retail & Consumer industries. Wes’ contributions at BCG were marked by his proficiency in strategy development, organizational design, operations, and project management.
Wes is an alumnus of The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he refined his business acumen and leadership skills. His educational background, coupled with hands-on experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings, has equipped him with a well-rounded perspective and a strategic mindset.
In his free time, Wes enjoys travel, good food, and feeding his eclectic taste in music through DJing and throwing music events. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.

Juan has 10+ years of robust experience in global financial services and corporate strategy. Before founding JWGP, Juan worked in metals and mining logistics in Latin America where he lead and scaled logistics and operations for a global commodity trading company. He spent three years in Colombia leading corporate strategy and development for a leading PR consulting firm. In the US, Juan scaled the ranks in the U.S. financial realm, offering strategic insights in mergers, acquisitions, and debt equity covering the Financial Industry Group and Latin America desk at leading investment banks. At J.P. Morgan, Juan co-led a team of bankers overseeing a $5 billion+ combined portfolio for more than 50 clients.
Juan also worked as a strategy consultant for the United Nations, where he co-led the tech initiative Artificial Intelligence for Development Analytics (AIDA) from inception to product launch.
Recent tenures include significant roles at Path, aneo-bank start-up company, where he reshaped business strategy, and at Torino Capital, where Juan orchestrated a $80 million equity and debt financing real estate project.
Juan received his MBA from Fordham University and is also a graduate of Oregon State University where, where he majored in Economics and played collegiate rugby. Juan currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
